I have used a freeware program ... FreeRamXP PRO , and the program helped in
many cases, and I found it very useful and used it daily.
About a week ago, the program became erratic, so I removed it, and then
tried to reinstall a few days later.
I've been blocked from trying to download the program .. in essence, it says
it cannot run the NEW program because it is already functioning.
I have done numerous searches trying to locate another site, and I've
deleted and erased (a TRUE erase) all of the sites I could possibly find
What am I missing in order to correct this program.
Can anyone offer any assistance with this?
----Thanks for any help ----

I'm not sure what you mean by this..do you mean you think you have deleted
all references to the program?
Try RegSeeker, you can find a free version at The Major Geeks. You can use
it to search for specific words/program entries like FreeRam. It will find
any left over entries which you can then delete.
Also, clean your temp files, run a disk cleanup.
