"Locate Link Browser" window

When I click on a hyperlink in an Outlook message, instead of following the
link, a window opens with the title of "Locate Link Browser". How can I
change that behavior?

Enter the path to your browser int he box. Internet Explorer's path is
%ProgramFiles%\Internet Explorer\Iexplorer.exe
