How is the the display of "Bytes" changed to reflect
"Packets" and vice versa? It occurred after a crash
and re-install.

[XP Home/XP Pro] & MN-620

Any assistance would be appreciated.

That decision is made by the network adapter driver. Perhaps you were using
a different driver before the crash.

The Network Adapter is MBN Wireless on USB port #2

I uninstalled; then re-installed the out-of-box software then checked-for,
found an update, and subsequently installed it. (MSBNdownloads 12MB)
MN-510. Everything works except for the bytes vs packets reporting.

There is an Intel Pro/100 ve NIC on the system that is disabled.
[XP Home]

Thanks

The installed driver is:

Wireless USB Adapter(MN-510) Driver. Ver. 3.0.4.205

To the best of my knowledge that's the most recent. (MS Broadband Network
site).
Is there something more current? Thanks.

Don't know about this particular device. Maybe someone else with the same
NIC can comment.
