Loading Windows XP on Harddrive

I have installed a second hard drive and need to install Windows XP OS to use
the drive. What is the best way to do so?

huh?
This is a second hard drive?
Are you going for some sort of dual boot - or are you just trying to get
Windows XP (that i assume you have installed already) to recognize/use the
new drive? (Disk Manager, initialize the drive after setting it up in the
system bios - which has nothing to do withb Windows.)
