Hi,
I want to load everything (not just programs, but the files that are
associated with them, like VS.NET with the solutions, projects and
workspaces, all .cpps and .h) and IE opens the page i like and things like
that when starting windows, are there any third-party software that do this?
(I know the startup group under windows xp but I think "plumbing" that
folder is very tedious)

Jacky,

You can drag your specific projects & documents into the 'Startup' folder
via
'Start > Programs (or All Programs) > Startup'.
Don't drag a program's .exe, such as Word. Just drag the .doc files
associated with Word. This goes with all your projects. Just drag the
project's file, not the program the project was created in.
You can also load your IE's Home page at startup by dragging the icon in the
address bar to the 'Startup' folder.
