Loaded Outlook 03 but will only receive email in OE

I have loaded Outlook 03 - imported all information from Outlook Express to
O3. Email can be sent from O3 but will only be received in Outlook Express.
How do I get Outlook 03 to receive email, too?

Make sure one of the following is true: 1) You've removed your mail account
from OE. 2) You don't run OE so that it can't receive mail. 3) You've told
OE to leave a copy on the server of the messages it downloads.

Finally, verify the account settings in Outlook.
