Load Up Problem

Hi

when i load up my computer the screen goes balck and a
red box comes up saying " The Reserve Space Is Out, Do
You Want To Save Or Recover" (Yes/No)

Anyone have any idea how to get round this?
 
Hi Martyn,
If you are able to get past this error screen, run a disk defragment or
boot to the
recovery console and run a "chkdsk /r"
 
Did a disk defragment and nothing changed
