commencing with the upgrade?

"All Versions of Windows NT 4.0 (Workstation, Server, Enterprise, and Terminal Server)
require Service Pack 5 to be installed prior to upgrading to Windows XP. However,
you cannot upgrade any of the Windows NT 4.0 Server products to Windows XP Home
or Professional editions."
