little red X - How to resolve??

I have two machines one works perfectly when viewing sites with IE but the
other may have some boxes outlined with small red X's in the upper lefthand
corner.

I have not been able to find out what is causing this.

Can anyone help??

Something is preventing the graphics from appearing. Compare the
computers' settings in Internet Options and also the settings in
security programs.
