Literature about Windows XP MUI (Multi User Interface)

I'm about to buy the special version of Windows, called MUI, with
which you can assign localized GUIs to different user accounts.
I've never done that before and I'm looking for some books to prepare
me for this task.

Any suggestions which books to buy?
