listview scrolling

We want to populate a listview with incremental amounts of data, when
someone scrolls to the bottom of the list, it will retrieve more data from
the database.

How can you tell when the scrollbar elevator is near or at the bottom of the
listview?

Thanks, but I don't see how this link answers the question of how to
determine if I scrolled to the bottom of a listview . Any other
suggestions?
