I've tried a number of events, including MouseUp, but that event does not
fire when the mouse is over the header. It does not appear that you can
recognize it at the time of the change. If you keep your own collection of
widths, you could check it on the next event of any kind you are trapping.
I've talked to two other people here, and we see no way to catch that event,
but that doesn't mean that it can't be done.
Yea, I tried everything I could think of twice, and I wasn't able to puzzle
it out...
