How can I put the following information into an excel spreadsheet with the
information going across the sheet other than copy, paste special, transpose
with each one

This looks like it would be very difficult to "flatten" your data.

There doesn't seem to be any indicator when the group starts--and the number of
rows in each group isn't constant. And that could make putting fields into the
correct column difficult, too.
 
One of your pieces of data is "missing" a phone number... how many phone
number columns will there be (one with both phone numbers in a single cell,
two with the missing phone number shown as an empty cell in the second phone
number column, three in case there is ever a third phone number, something
else)? Can any of the other data ever be missing? If so, will there
**always** be an email address?

I under stand that the columns will not be consistant but I will have
something better to work with even if I have to manually clean it up.

How can a program tell when one record/group ends and the new one starts?

Is the first row of a group bolded/indented/marked in some way?
 
In addition to my other questions, I have this one too... where is this list
at right now... in a text file or on a worksheet?
