lists numbered in descending order

I have a list that I'd like to reverse number, but can't find any way to do
so. THe list consists of paragraphs numbered from 1 on and I'd like to
reverse the numbering to start with the last number to the first number
 
Hello!

View the 'tables & borders' toolbar, then select the list of numbers you
wish to sort and click on the button Z-A (sort descending)

This should work I think.
