Listing Names in a spreadsheet

I have about 15 trackers for individuals. Every time that list of names
changes, I have to go sheet by sheet and update the list of names. This can
take over an hour due to the expanse of this list. I want to create a master
list which will cause the other lists to Auto update. If I could fine a way
for....
sheet 1 A1 = SHEET3!$A1 but if I insert a line into sheet 3 above line one,
instead of the names on sheet 1 moving down, they realign to sheet 1 A1 =
SHEET3!A2, if I could stop this from happening, It would save me a ton of
time. Or better, have it automaticly insert a line in all the sheets. Any
help would be great.
 
If you did a copy and paste it would stop the other pages from updating.

If you went to the 1st row in your example and highlighted cell A1. The
pressed Shift-CNTL-Down Arrow. Then while still hold down Shift and CNTL
press right arrrow. Now all your cells will be highlighted. Now press
CNTL-C (copy). go back to cell A2 and press CNTL-V (Paste). Now you can
make your new entries on row 1 over-writing the old entries which got copied
to row 2.
