I've checked IP listening ports on my XP and here are some
unknown for me ones:
TCP
1025
1026
1027
2433
3239
3240
3241
3242
3306
5000
3001
3002
3003

UDP
3013
3017
3456
1900
3238

Anybody know what services/app-s do these ports belong?

I would recommend you download tcpview from www.sysinternals.com and you can
map these ports back to the services that opened them.
