hi

I downloaded it, looks like what I want, but am having a problem with
it. Now... despite googling all possible spellings, both web and acf, I
cant find a single site page with it on!

Does anyone know where to find it or what spelling/punctuation I could
find it under please? I've tried list squared, listsquared,
list_squared, List²... but nothing.

ty, NT

PS the problem is clicking on one of its .lst files (in C:\My
documents) produces "C:\My was not found"

Meow, regarding your symptom, and assuming that the program Susan found
is the same one you're discussing:

I was able to replicate your symptom by creating a file association
for .lst files which omits the quotes at the end of the command string.
To fix, you'll need to change to make sure to include "%1" with quotes
at the end of the command sting for you lstfile association.

<path>\ListSquared.exe "%1"

I'm theorizing you'd created the association yourself? (ListSquared does
not offer to do so, at least not the version I have*.) Via the Windows
Filetypes dialog perhaps? In which case you can just go back to that
same interface again, and do a quick edit, to make sure the "%1" gets
in there. Or had you used a third-party context menu editor? I have
memory that there was one which had the practice of adding an unquoted
1 at the end of a command string.

*Now occurs to me that maybe some earlier version of ListSquared could
have created the association on your system, and not you? Just trying
to determine since describing the fix, it's easiest if I can just find
out what you are already used to using for making / editing your file
associations.

Thank you both, thats seriously helpful. Yep, I asociated it myself
using the 98 dialog. Will get on the machine tomorrow and hopefully
resolve it now. Ty!
