List programs installed...?

Howdy,

I know how to view all of a system's installed programs...

But, is there a way to create a printable list of all
installed programs?

If so, can the list be sorted as can the display?
Specifically, can I generate a list of all programs in the
order of frequency of use?

Actually, i know only one way:
open "Add/Remove Programms" on control panel, then you could sort it as
you wish.
After that just push "print screen" and paste into Paint, as jpg file.

That is actually a fine solution as this is a one-time need
