of windows xp

You will need to look them up yourself. Here are links to sites where
you can do this:

http://castlecops.com/StartupList.html
http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_index.htm
http://www.blackviper.com/
http://www.theeldergeek.com/services_guide.htm
http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/
http://www.windowsstartup.com/wso/search.php
http://www.processlibrary.com/results/

You can also use the name of the file as a Google search.

Thanks for the information, it may help. However I would like to have a list
with all descriptions of the objects in this directory (system32) that where
made by microsoft. miscrosoft should have this list because it's something
elemental. The first step in design is to have a description of the program
to build

You should contact Microsoft directly, then. This is a public newsgroup
hosted on Microsoft servers offering peer-to-peer support. While some
MS employees occasionally post, the majority of regular helpers are
volunteers who don't work for the company. You might also want to check
on MSDN or TechNet. Posting in a developers' newsgroup might be a good
resource for you. Here is a list of all the MS newsgroups:
