List of delegations

Hi,
is it possible to generate list of users/groups to which some
administrative tasks have been delegated, and a list of those tasks?

If new admin comes to a new company that didn't keep track of delegated
tasks, how would he/she know who can do what?

There is a tool from Quest (previously it was from FastLane) called ActiveRoles
that can give you a good idea of what is going on, and further, do the
delegation for you.

Other than that, you need to do a very painstaking audit of the ACLs. I would
almost recommend spinning up a test forest so you can compare the ACLs to see
what is different.
