List Box Incremental copying

I have 47 employees listed down column a1:a47, one row for each employee. Along each row, I have a listbox with a list of choices. Inside the listbox is a "LinkedCell" into which to send the selection. (Example: Row 1's listbox selection will display in say cell "z1". The selection from Row 2's listbox will display in cell Z2. And on and on for all 47 rows. When I copy row 1 down 47 times, all the listboxes still say to send their selected data to cell Z1, it does not increment so that row 2's data goes to Z2, row 3's data to cell Z3

Do you know a way to copy the rows and have the "LinkedCell" in "properties" increment by "1"
