linksys hpn200 adapter & XP

I installed a Linksys HPN200 phoneline network adapter but
XP failed to install the driver, bcm42xx5.sys. I've
downloaded the XP driver from Linksys but Windows fails to
recognize it as the correct driver as well.

Does anyone have any further suggestions?
 
I just saw your previous post and don't have an answer but am anxious to know if you resolved your problem? I'm trying to install the same thing on my folks PC and am having similar problems. (Win98se, AMD Duron 950MHz CPU) Thanks!
