Links to Web Browser

I am running Windows Xp. I recently had toclose down my PC to redecorate
and on rebuilding it find that any link from the Programs menu to the
Internet now points to the Printer.

On right clicking any Internet link in the Program menu the top link is
Print, the Open link is misisng.

Notsure what othe rinformation you need but any help or advice would be
appreciated.

Double-clicking Internet Shortcuts launches the Print dialog rather than
opening the webpage:
