when i click on a link in IE i get you're standard e-mail client is not good
installed , i use only windows mail......i have deleted outlook from office
xp a time back.
windows mail has all te standards now i have checked.....
so for the moment i can not click on a link in internet explorer , iwhen i
get a mail with a link evertything works fine....
help please

thanks for the help

i also read the other issue from 10/12/2007 " can't send e-mail from ie7"

the first solution was already done by myself and fails

the second solution the bottom option in the control panel and set
everything to standard windows works for me

i think my problem was that i installed the full office xp and removed
afterwards the outlook part from it , because i only used windows mail....

Try the solution given here:

That site is currently timing out for me, but it should be back up shortly.

Yes, when Office is uninstalled, it fails to set the mail defaults back.
