Links There are NO tables to select even though I have linked tab.

I have converted 97 Access Database to 2000-2003 have also converted the
other one with the liked tables in it. When I try to update the linked
tables there are no tables to select to update links. I have already deleted
and re-imported linked tables, it still will show any tables in the Linked
Table Manager
