Links outside of IE won't work.

Ok while I am browsing in IE all the links work fine. But any link in another
program won't work. Like in my messengers and stuff like that. When I click
on a link, 2 pages pop up, one with http://127.0.0.1/ in the address bar and
the other with just http://, both saying cannot find server. It was working
one day and not the next, so I don't know if I did something or not. Any help
would be great. Thanks! =)

Sounds like a Hosts file hijack.
