links in emails can't locate browser

I'm now having a problem when I try to click on a link in an email - a Locate
Link Browser pops up instead of just going directly to the linked web page.
 
Point it to IEXPLORE.EXE or reregister your favorite Internet Browser to be
the default in Windows.
