Links in Emails and Web etc are not active??

Hello,

Hopefully someone has an answer for this odd predicament? For some reason,
all the links I receive in email, messenger, eBay, etc are blue and active
but when I click on them they do not open in my browser!? I get the hand and
pointing finger over the link but nothing happens when I click on it. If
anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated! Cheers!

If you are using Outlook Express, see this from MVP Frank Saunders -
http://www.fjsmjs.com/OE/nolinks.htm

If you aren't using Outlook Express for your mail, post back with the
name of the program you are using.
