Links don't work when clicked on

Hi Robert,
Try this:
Open a RUN command and type in the Box
regsvr32 urlmon.dll and press OK
Reboot
and In IE go to Tools >> Internet Options >> Programs and click on Reset All
Web Settings Press Apply or [OK] and Press Refresh and try the links and see
if works.
Please let us know.

Thanks for your response . I still cannot get any links to work. Any other
ideas.
Can I remove Outlook Express and reinstall?

Hi,

Reinstalling Outlook Express will not help. Make sure both it and Internet
Explorer are closed when you run the command. Also, you should not reboot
until after you click the button the reset all web settings.

Did what you recommended but links in IE 6.0 and Outlook Express 6.0 will
not open.
I sure don't know where to go frome here.

Hi,

Then the file may be damaged, you may need to replace it. Start/run
msconfig, click on "expand file" (general tab)

File to expand: urlmon.dll
From: C:\Windows\ServicePackFiles\I386
To: C:\Windows\system32
