I have a toggle on my forms which when users click on it, goes to a shared
folder where lots of documents are held on each client. How would it be
possible me to alter the box to maybe a combo box, where it would list all
the docs held on that specific clients details you have open, and if you
clicked/chose a particular item in that box it would direct you straight to
that document instead of having to browse that folder? (ie most documents
are Word). Is there some sort of query that enables you to do this?

Any advice would be helpful.

Read the Access help articles on the "Dir Function" to get the folder's
file names in the Combo or List Box; and the "FollowHyperlink Method" to
open the .doc file.
