linking XLS to PPT image problem

I hope someone can help me. I have a PPT file which is
linked to a XLS file. When i do an "link update" from
PPT. All the information comes to the PPT file (a good
thing). No here is my problem, all the information is in
a images on my PPT file (which i really don't care) but
the images look horrible. alsmost like a font problem.
Can any help me !!!!!! HELP!!!!!! i tried recreating the
PPT file already with new links.

Are the images in Excel and linked into PowerPoint? Or do the images look
terrible after you update data from Excel? perhaps this link may help:

ok, i have an XLS page (spread sheet) which is linked to
a PPT page when i do an update then it updates the PPT
page with this XLS spread sheet info. Now the PPT page
seems go acquire the XLS spread sheet as a picture, But
now all the numeric character get distorted. help!!!!!
