Linking spreadsheet to Word doc

Is it possible to link different ranges of a spreadsheet
to corresponding places in a Word document? I'd like to
set it up so changes made in one piece the spreadsheet
will be reflected in the rest and in the Word doc.

There is quite a lot of flexibility in this Stan. You can certainly paste a link to an Excel worksheet into a Word document, or you can embed a worksheet within a document, you can create a field in a Word document that will simply show the result of a cell in an Excel worksheet.
