Linking Pictures

You may enter text (or select the cell that already has text) and
Insert>Hyperlink>*follow the wizard*>OK You may also specify the text to
display.

You may also Insert>Hyperlink>*follow the wizard*>OK and the linked path
will appear in the cell.
 
Is there anyway in a cell to link to a picture?

There are a couple ways to do this. Do you want to 'GO TO' a picture?
this is usually what is meant by link BUT

you may mean have a picture 'POPUP" in a form or in a image box on
the sheet? or 'POPUP' like a comment does when you hover over the
cell? All are linked to the image in different ways. What are you
trying to achieve?
