Linking pictures to a database and displaying them in a form

Hi everyone:

I am having trouble displaying bound pictures in a form. I have a small
database, one of my tables has an OLE field and when I linked the picture to
the database I get the word "Package" instead of bitmap picture. The form I
created doesn't show the picture. I have tried everything the Microsoft help
center suggest.
Does anyone know what could be wrong?
I appreciate anyone's help.
