hi, i am using FP2000 and i am trying to link some hover
buttons that i created to the pages they are supposed to a
visitor to. but the link option on the tool bar remains
greyed out and it does not let me create the link. is
there no way or a way to link hover buttons ??? thanx,

Find another way ... other than hover buttons, that is because they are no
longer supported by some IE browsers.

hi , i tried DHTML effects. but i am also using page
transitions and therefore the button effects did not work.
it was one or the other. i do not know what else to try...

Probably best to eliminate the page transitions in favor of 'working'
buttons. Page transitions are considered a bit amateurish anyway and
annoying to many.
You can always make up and down buttons in an image editing program such as
Fireworks and then use a swap-image behavior script. The possibilities are
endless!... and you can use any font! See them here:
