Linking drop down fields

Hi Guys,

Ok I'm kinda new at this kinda thing so.............

I need to be able to link 2 drop down boxes so that the options in one changes according to what is chosen in the other. So for example say i have a list of users in my company for all the offices. in drop down box 1 I want to list all the offices, then if you pick New York, in box 2 I want to only list the employees from new york. alternatively if you then change box 1 to London, box 2 changes to just london employees.

If anyone can help me that would be great.
