Linking Changing Values Between Worksheets

I am trying to link two worksheets in the same workbook. I have a column of
values in Sheet 1 that will change over time. I would like to link whatever
number I type in to the same value on Sheet 2. Sheet 2's values constantly
remain the same. How do I set up a link that will allow me to keep changing
the value on Sheet 1 and automatically update the link to the corresponding
value on Sheet 2?
