LINKED TABLE DISIGN CHANGE

Is there any way to change the design setup of a linked table? Like changing
one of it's columns from 'text' to 'number' or rederect the link to a
different table with a different name. I know that that it is better to
reproduce a new link, but some situations requre resetup the already linked
table.

You make design changes to linked tables by opening the file that the table
"lives" in, not the file with the link. Then after the change you refresh
the link so the changes show up.
