linked drop-down boxes/pick-lists

Hi,

I need to have two interlinked pick-lists in my database. The first one
gives the category of an activity and the second one uses this to refer to
the relevant table to give the specific activity within that category e.g.
first box - sports, work; second box sports (windsurfing, soccer, tennis),
work (meeting, paperwork, lab time). How can I do this. Thanks
