If I try to activita a link I get this message:

Because of restrictions on your computer, you can't activite it, please ask
your administrator.
But I'm the administrator and help doesn''t help me. Please help.

I get it in dutch ofcourse, hope my translation is ok.

This doesn't seem to help I've got IE 8 and Office 2003.
