link to word

Hi ,
I would like to know how I can link automaticaly a word document to access.
I want to have a button in a formular; when I click on this button a new
word dot document is opened, some formular field are filled automatically
with data who comes from access, and I can write some text in the word
document. Once I close the word document I want it to save the data and to
maintain a link to the access record.
