Hi,

I am using Outlook 2003. Is there a way to link individual notes to
individual contacts? If so, how do I do it?

you have two options:
1. open the note, click on the little note icon in the upper left corner to
expand the menu - select contacts to link a contact to the note. The note
will be 'found' when you use the activates tab.

2. to insert it into a contact, open the contact and click the insert menu,
attach item command. Browse to the note and click insert.
