link for beta sign up

Does anyone have the link for partners to sign up for th beta of vist.

I am not sure, but partners should at least get to test the beta 2 release
if they are signed up for Microsoft Action Pack quaterly shipments.

There isn't a "beta sign up" any more as for the time being, Vista beta is
closed for any other participants. However, Beta 2 should be public, and to
recieve this and notification, I've done an article )

I asked them how and I'm aswaiting a response as we speak.
