Link Bar Won't Update

When I make changes to the Top Link Bar in the top shared border it never
seems to update unless I make a major change like moving the position of it.
For example, this time I changed the URL one of the buttons was pointing to
and there is no change on the site. My site is www.brokeragenttraining.com.
 
What type of changes are you making that do not get updated?
