Lines / weird textures

In certain games, like Black&White or Aliens VS Predator 2,
i get this colored lines crossing trough my screen. And it
all started when i installed the new direct x, what should
i do?
 
What video drivers/ Video card are you using? So these lines are not visible
on the windows desktop?
