You can select all the ROWS in a worksheet by clicking the place where row
headers and column headers intersect (top left corner of worksheet). Then
you can use Format | Row | Height to adjust the row height to a new value

Assuming you have 3 lines of text in a cell created by Alt + Enter to get
line feeds.
You can adjust line spacing within that cell by
format>cells>alignment>vertical>distributed.
Row height would be dragged to suit your needs.
Wrap text must be enabled.
To adjust row heights on all worksheets within a workbook, right-click on a
sheet tab and "Select all sheets"
Select all rows on the active sheet and adjust row height.
Will be done to all sheets in the group.
