I would like to change the line spacing before and after paragraphs in the
"template".
What template. If you are talking about printing, this is usually done
through a Word template, and you would use Word properties and methods to
control line spacing.

Maybe template is the wrong word, but the default in Outlook is to automatically add extra spaces before and after paragraphs. I know this can be adjusted on each email one composes, but I'd like to able to do that adjustment once and have it appear the same on all emails I compose. R

What version of Outlook are you using? I am not seeing this in OL2003 from
Office 2003.

Are you using a custom template?

No custom template. I'm using the 2003 version that is part of the
Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003. Thanks for your help! R
