Greetings

For some unknown reason, my printed spreadsheet has line creep. Doesn't matter whether I select gridlines or use borders...the cell contents are are creeping up and outside of the division line

By the end of the first page, the contents are nearly a whole line above where they should be

I noticed this happens when printing Access tables too. Anybody got any idea how to fix?

Jim,

Just guessing here, but I suspect the problem lies in your printer driver.
Make sure you are using the correct one for your printer model.

Doubt that it is your problem but check the paper guides for the
printer that they are set to the correct width. More likely such
misaligned guides would result in page printing too close to the
left or right edge.

We have been having this problem at work, but it's a little more complicated. We have three network printers. The drivers are installed on the server. Some of our desktops will print Excel sheets without line creep. Others print with line creep.

Any suggestions?
