Limited web access with Pre-RC1 Vista, Build 5536

Upon installation, I can no longer access the web through anything but
Netscape of all things. I suspect a Norton firewall which I can NOT
access to turn off or uninstall. Someone out there please help. Norton
antivirus may as well be a virus itself.

Vista questions should be directed to one of the Vista newsgroups. This
one is for the XP OS. Here is one of them.
