Limited users cannot open many programs or "my documents" and they could a few days ago. If I change them to administrators, they can open anything. It's as though, the limited users have been more limited.

Limited users are normally limited to viewing only their own My
Documents folder and the Shared Documents folder. If you do not put
passwords on limited accounts, their folders are usually accessible to
other limited accounts, if you have simple file sharing enabled (which
is the default).

Normally, Administrators cannot see limited account My Documents folders
without taking ownership, if the limited account selected "make my
folders private" when setting a password.

If you put passwords on these accounts and clicked "make folders
private" then they won't be visible any longer to other accounts and you
should put documents to share in the Shared Documents folder.

By George, I think you've got it!

Hi Ken,

You may have to set folder permissions on the Documents folder for these
users. Also give them permission to access the folder where the programs are
stored.

Not exactly. Already knew what you wrote. Point was limited users access
to even their own documents has now been disabled as well as thier ability
to open programs.
